Changes done with this extension applied to iTop 2.7

NOTE : Might need to change dependencies on "module.nita-customization" in order for this extension to work on future versions

1. Create new table in database --> Project
2. Create new menu "Project" on iTop under "Configuration Management"
3. Make "Project ID" available on "User Request" for tagging of User Requests to project
4. Make "Work Load" available on "User Request" and "Incident" to document time spent (minutes) on issue
5. Make "Work Load" available while resolving ticket
6. Display "Title" at top of ticket beside of "Ticket Number"
